This engagement platform gives you the opportunity to join Philips campaigns, including learning more about Philips products and services. During the campaigns, you complete missions like giving feedback, creating content and earn points to qualify for rewards at the end of a campaign.
We want you to be familiar with how we collect, use and disclose Personal Data. Our general Philips Privacy Notice applies to the Personal Data collected when you engage in a Campaign. This general Philips Privacy Notice is meant to help you understand our privacy practices. Please read it for more information on how we protect your Personal Data, your individual rights and contact information.
In addition to the general Philips Privacy Notice, this Privacy Notice applies to all the Personal Data Philips collects when you engage in a campaign. This Privacy Notice is meant to help you understand what Personal Data we collect, why we collect it, what we do with it.
2. What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
When using the term “Personal Data” in our Privacy Notice, we mean information that relates to you and allows us to identify you, either directly or in combination with other information that we may hold.
2.1. Account Data
You can choose to create an Account to participate in a campaign.
When you create an Account, we collect the following Personal Data:

We use this Personal Data in order to create and maintain your Account. We use your Account to communicate with you during the campaign, choose the most relevant campaigns, to respond to your enquiries, to differentiate you from other users, to select country and language and to select relevant campaigns for you.
Your Account creation only happens at your request. Therefore, we consider the processing of your Account Data to be necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are party and lawful under Article 6(b) Regulation (EC) 5419/16.
2.2. Campaign Data
You may choose to join a Campaign. When you sign up for a Campaign, we will use the following Personal Data;

material or content generated and provided by you, such as videos, photos, quotes
We use this Personal Data to communicate with you during the campaign duration and to determine your level of participation in the campaigns.
We may also use your Personal Data in marketing communications about Philips products and services, including online advertising, in-store, email, public relations and social media and in line with our Terms and Conditions.
We consider the processing of your Competition Data in the above context to be necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are party and lawful under Article 6(b) Regulation (EC) 5419/16.
2.3. Online Feedback Data
You can choose to give your feedback, comments, questions, ratings and reviews in online evaluations (Online Feedback).
During the Campaign you can choose to sign up for Philips marketing and promotional communications.
When you sign up for marketing and promotional communications, we will use your Personal Data in accordance with our general Philips Privacy Notice.
2.5. Improve our products and service (Improvement Data)
We use Personal Data we have collected from you during the Campaign in accordance with our general Philips Privacy Notice.
2.6. Sensitive Data
In the course of providing services to you, we may collect information that could reveal your racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health, religious beliefs or alleged commission or conviction of criminal offences. Such information is considered “sensitive personal data” under article 9 Regulation (EC) 5419/16.
We only collect Sensitive Data where you have given your explicit consent, it is necessary, or you have deliberately made it public.
